A quiet space to slow down and stay close to your own experience.
- You’re looking for a place to be without judgement, where things can settle, decompress, and slowly make sense.
- The pressure to stay composed while something inside asks for more space.
- You want a quiet, safe container where you can meet what is present, without having to be anything other than what is already here.
Three ways to enter this space
- There isn’t one correct pace or depth.
- Some people need something light and steady. Others need closer holding. Some need time that is more protected.
- Whether you’re looking for more ease, a deeper shift, or a place to untangle what no longer fits these three paths offer different depths of engagement.
The Gentle Beginning
A soft place to arrive. Time to settle, pause, and stay close to what is already present.
The Inner Room
A steadier, more personal space. Held over time, where things can be met and spoken.
The Open Space
A space held in silence. Where something essential can be heard again.

“Sarah offered such warmth, honesty and tranquillity in this 3 part Naikan Course. Her years of experience and continuous practice really makes the sessions a fertile space for deep inner introspection with openness and compassion. I felt greatly supported and having a community of people to connect with felt very nurturing. I certainly feel much more connected to people again and finding it easier to find gratitude in the day to day happenings in life.”

“Understanding often begins when we stop moving away from what is here.”
The Journey
behind the
work
What has shaped my path most has always been curiosity. A curiosity about how things fit together, about what gives life depth beyond what can be measured or neatly explained. I grew up around different spiritual ways of thinking and questioning the world, and that early exposure quietly shaped how I began to look at life and at myself.
At the same time, I learned to move in a world that valued productivity, material success, and forward momentum. Inner questions didn’t have much space there. What couldn’t be proven or made useful was often set aside. And yet, even in scientific thinking, I noticed how much depends on perspective, on who asks the questions and how answers are interpreted. Nothing felt as neutral or clear cut as it was often presented.
That tension stayed with me. I could function within the structures around me, but I wasn’t willing to accept a life lived only on the surface. I kept returning to the inner life, to what pulls, unsettles, or quietly asks for attention. Over time, I kept returning to practices that invited slower attention and a more honest contact with what was unfolding.
